These terms are an agreement between you and CMP Trading Room Ltd (“CMP Trading Room”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15136014, registered office Northgate Business Centre, 38 North Gate, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 1EZ, United Kingdom. We are the owner of cmptradingroom.com (the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
CMP Trading Room is an educational community. We are not a broker, not a dealer, and not a licensed or registered financial, investment, tax or legal adviser, in the United Kingdom or in any other jurisdiction. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing we publish, say, stream or teach is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose all of your capital, and in some circumstances more than your initial investment.
Only risk capital should be used for trading. Risk capital is money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or your standard of living.
Most traders lose money. We do not guarantee, promise or project any financial or trading result, and nobody honestly can. Past performance is not indicative of future results, whether live or simulated.
We strongly encourage you to trade on a simulated or paper account until you have consistent, trackable results.
What we provide is education: live sessions in which trades are taken and explained in real time, structured course material, a members’ community, and software tools that display information on your own charts.
We do not provide trade signals, trade alerts, copy trading, or managed accounts. Trades shown during live sessions are shown for teaching purposes. They are examples of a method, not instructions to follow, and you should not attempt to replicate them unless you understand the risk you are taking.
Our software tools display information and, where applicable, manage the mechanics of an order you have already chosen to place. They do not decide trades, generate signals or place entries on your behalf.
Every decision you make with your own capital is yours alone. You are responsible for your own research, your own risk management and your own outcomes.
Trades and results discussed by CMP Trading Room may be taken across multiple accounts, including funded evaluation accounts and simulated accounts. Figures shown on the website or on social media should not be treated as a verified or complete performance record.
Memberships and products are sold through LaunchPass, through Stripe directly, and for some existing members through Whop. Which applies to you depends on where you purchased.
Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time: LaunchPass and Stripe customers through the customer portal linked from your receipt, Whop customers from your Whop account. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
One-time purchases, including lifetime access, masterclass courses and the indicator suite, do not renew. Where a product grants access for a fixed term, that access ends at the end of the term and does not renew automatically.
We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. This includes payments taken by automatic renewal, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. There is no pro-rata refund for unused time on any plan.
Access to digital content is granted immediately on purchase. At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has been granted. If you would prefer to keep that right, do not purchase through the checkout — email us instead and we will hold delivery until the 14 days have passed.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we described. Those rights cannot be excluded and we do not attempt to exclude them.
Pricing may change at any time. If CMP Trading Room Ltd ceases trading, or materially changes its business, membership fees already paid are not refundable.

By purchasing any product you agree both to these terms and to that product’s specific agreement. Where the two conflict, the product-specific agreement takes precedence for that product.
Each product agreement sets out what the product does and does not do, how it is delivered, what you may and may not do with it, and the limits of our responsibility. Please read the relevant agreement before you buy.

Some links on this website, in our videos and in our emails are affiliate or referral links, including links to proprietary trading firms and trading tools. We may receive a commission or other compensation if you sign up or purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
A commercial relationship does not mean we endorse a third party’s suitability for you, and it does not change your responsibility to assess any provider yourself before signing up.
All course material, indicators, software, recordings, live sessions and written material remain the intellectual property of CMP Trading Room Ltd. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access it. It does not give you the right to record, download, copy, resell, share or republish it.
While using the Service you must not:
Breaching any of the above may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund, and further legal action where appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.
The Service links to third party websites, including LaunchPass, Stripe, Whop, Discord, YouTube, TradingView, NinjaTrader and proprietary trading firms. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services or terms. Using them is at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, CMP Trading Room Ltd, its directors, employees and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss arising from your use of the Service. This includes trading losses, lost profits and lost opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold CMP Trading Room Ltd harmless against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
CFTC RULE 4.41 – HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations. If you access it from outside the United Kingdom you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws. We may restrict availability of the Service to any person, region or jurisdiction at our discretion.
We may change these terms, the Service, its features or its pricing at any time. We may also transfer our assets, including your personal data, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale or insolvency.
Continuing to use the Service means you accept the current version of these terms. Please check this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
