Please read this before you buy. It is a legally binding agreement. Nothing in it removes rights you have by law as a consumer. If anything here is unclear, email us before purchasing rather than after.

1. What you are buying

A single-user licence to use the CMP Trading Indicator Suite (the "Indicators") — a set of private Pine Script tools that display information about market conditions on your TradingView charts.

You are not buying advice, signals, entries, exits, managed trading, or any service that acts on your behalf. The Indicators display information. Every decision you make with that information is yours.

2. Delivery and access

Once payment clears and you have given us your TradingView username, we whitelist that username for the Indicators through TradingView's invite-only system. Access is normally granted within one business day.

"Lifetime" means for as long as we continue to operate the product and TradingView continues to support invite-only scripts. If we discontinue the Indicators we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Access is tied to the TradingView account you nominate and cannot be transferred to another account except at our discretion, for example if you lose access to your own account.

3. Your right to cancel

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund. That right is lost once we begin supplying the content, but only if you have expressly asked us to start straight away and acknowledged that you will lose the right by doing so.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm both. If you confirm, your access is granted immediately and your 14-day cancellation right ends at that point. If you do not confirm, we will hold your access until the 14 days have passed, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before then by emailing support@cmptradingroom.com.

This clause does not affect your rights if the Indicators turn out to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we described. Those rights are set out in clause 7 and cannot be signed away.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the Indicators on your own TradingView account for your own trading and study.

You may not: share, resell, sublicense, lend, gift or otherwise transfer access; share your TradingView account credentials to give others access; copy, decrypt, decompile or reverse-engineer the Indicators or their logic; or create derivative works from them.

You may show the Indicators on your own charts in screenshots or streams. You may not publish anything that reveals or reconstructs the underlying logic or source code.

5. Intellectual property

All source code, compiled scripts, layouts, names and documentation remain the property of CMP Trading Room Ltd. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of anything to you.

6. Risk disclosure

Trading futures and derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage means losses can exceed your deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. Most retail traders lose money.

CMP Trading Room Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, portfolio management or any regulated financial service, and we never hold client money or place trades for anyone. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Any chart, trade, figure or session shown by us illustrates a process. It is not a representation of typical results and does not predict future performance. In line with CFTC Rule 4.41, where examples involve simulated or hypothetical results, those results have inherent limitations: they do not represent actual trading and may not account for liquidity, slippage, execution or other real market conditions.

7. Our responsibility, and the limits of it

We are responsible for supplying Indicators that are of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose we described, and as described. Those rights are given to you by law and we do not exclude them.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, we are not liable for: trading losses or missed opportunities arising from your own decisions; outages, errors, revocations or changes on TradingView or any other third-party platform or data feed; or failures caused by your own hardware, software or internet connection. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Indicators.

The Indicators depend on third-party platforms we do not control. We will fix faults we are able to fix, and tell you honestly when we are not.

8. Platform compliance

Your use of the Indicators must comply with TradingView's terms of service. If your TradingView account is suspended or closed by TradingView, we cannot restore your access to the Indicators through it, though we will work with you to move access to another account where we reasonably can.

9. Ending this agreement

We may withdraw your licence without refund if you breach clause 4 — in particular by sharing, reselling or reverse-engineering the Indicators. We will tell you why, in writing, before we do so.

If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend access while we resolve it with you. Please contact us at support@cmptradingroom.com before raising a dispute with your bank, most issues are quicker to fix directly.

We may update the Indicators or these terms. If we make a change that materially reduces what you receive, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

10. Your data

We collect your name, email address and TradingView username in order to deliver and support the Indicators, and we keep a record of this agreement and the date you accepted it. We do not sell your data. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Before you continue

Please confirm each of the following. Each box is recorded with your name, email, the date, and the version of this agreement shown above.

You'll be taken to Stripe. Your card details never touch this site.
