Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full understanding between you and CMP Trading Room.
Severability: If one clause is held invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
Amendments: CMP Trading Room may update these terms at any time. Continued access constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You acknowledge that “lifetime access” refers to CMP Trading Room’s operational lifetime, not your personal lifetime, and access may end if the business ceases or materially changes.
