Please read carefully. This is a legally binding agreement. By enrolling in the CMP Futures Masterclass you agree to all of the terms below. Nothing in this agreement removes rights you have by law as a consumer.
1. What you are buying
Access to the CMP Futures Trading Masterclass: 105 recorded lessons covering market structure, confluence, execution, trade management and risk. On payment you receive electronic access to all course videos and materials. You are not buying advice, signals, mentoring or any service that acts on your behalf.
2. Your right to cancel, and refunds
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund. That right is lost once we begin supplying the content, but only if you have expressly asked us to start straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so.
By signing this agreement you expressly request immediate access to the course and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access is granted. If you would rather keep that right, do not sign. Email support@cmptradingroom.com and we will hold your access until the 14 days have passed.
Subject to the above, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, including if you stop using the course. This does not affect your legal rights if the course is faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we described.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, as most issues are quicker to fix directly.
3. Educational purpose and risk disclosure
The Masterclass is provided solely for educational purposes. We are not financial advisers or brokers, and CMP Trading Room Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing in the course is financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures.
Futures trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose, do your own due diligence, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate. Most retail traders lose money.
Trades shown in the course may have been taken across multiple accounts, including funded evaluation accounts and simulated accounts, and some examples may be simulated or backtested. Figures shown should not be treated as a verified or complete performance record. No claim, guarantee or promise of income or trading success is made, and past performance is never indicative of future results.
4. Ownership, confidentiality and redistribution
All course content is the exclusive intellectual property of CMP Trading Room Ltd, licensed to you for personal, non-transferable, educational use only. You may not share, redistribute or reproduce it in any format, use it to create your own products, tutorials or courses, or repurpose it for commercial or teaching purposes.
You may not record, screenshot or transcribe course materials for distribution, post or share them anywhere publicly or privately, or otherwise sell or make them available to others. Breach of this clause will result in removal of access without refund, and may lead to legal action.
5. What lifetime access means
Lifetime access means the operational lifetime of CMP Trading Room Ltd, not your personal lifetime. We may modify, relocate or discontinue parts of the course, and we cannot guarantee indefinite hosting given potential platform, technical or business changes.
If we discontinue the course entirely we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so that you can save any material you need, and we will not remove your access before that period ends.
6. Our responsibility, and the limits of it
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are responsible for supplying a course that is of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose we described, and as described, and we do not exclude those rights.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for trading losses, financial damages, missed opportunities, or any misuse or misinterpretation of the content. All trading decisions and their consequences rest with you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to this agreement or the course is limited to the amount you paid to enrol.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room Ltd and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of this agreement or your misuse of the materials.
8. US regulatory acknowledgement
CMP Trading Room Ltd is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission or the National Futures Association. This course is educational only and is not marketed as financial advice to U.S. persons.
9. Hypothetical results disclaimer (CFTC Rule 4.41)
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
10. Your data and governing law
We collect your name and email address to deliver and support the course, and we keep a record of this agreement and the date you signed it. We do not sell your data. Full detail is in our privacy policy at cmptradingroom.com/privacy-policy/. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where the two conflict, this agreement applies to this product. If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
11. Final acknowledgement
By signing below you confirm that this is education and not financial advice, that CMP Trading Room Ltd is not FCA authorised, that no result is promised and most retail traders lose money, that you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions, that you will use the course solely for your own education and will not share or redistribute it, that you expressly request immediate access and accept that this ends your 14-day right to cancel, that you understand lifetime access means the operational lifetime of the business rather than your own, and that you are 18 or over.
