By enrolling in the CMP Futures Masterclass, you agree to all of the terms below.
1. Course Access & Refunds
On payment, you'll receive immediate electronic access to all course videos, materials, and tools. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final, by enrolling, you waive any right to a refund, dispute, or chargeback, including if you stop using the course.
2. Educational Purpose & Risk Disclosure
The Masterclass is provided solely for educational purposes. We are not financial advisers, brokers, or licensed professionals. Futures trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone, so only ever trade with risk capital you can afford to lose, do your own due diligence, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.Any examples shown may be simulated or backtested. In line with CFTC Rule 4.41, these do not reflect actual trading and are not guarantees of performance. This course makes no claim, guarantee, or promise of income, financial gain, or trading success, and past performance is never indicative of future results.
3. Ownership & Confidentiality

4. Recording & Redistribution
You may not record, screenshot, or transcribe course materials, post or share them anywhere (publicly or privately), or otherwise distribute, sell, or make them available to others. Any violation will result in immediate removal of access and may lead to legal action.
5. Access Duration
"Lifetime access" refers to the operational lifetime of CMP Trading Room as a business, not your personal lifetime. We may modify, relocate, or discontinue parts of the course at any time, and we can't guarantee indefinite hosting given potential platform, technical, or business changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
This course is provided "as is," with no warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for trading losses, financial damages, missed opportunities, or any misuse or misinterpretation of the content. You release CMP Trading Room, its owners, and its affiliates from all liability relating to your use of the course.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the materials.
8. U.S. Regulatory Acknowledgment
CMP Trading Room is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or the National Futures Association (NFA). This course is educational only and is not marketed as financial advice to U.S. persons.
9. Legal Terms
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and represents the entire understanding between you and CMP Trading Room. If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms at any time, and continued access constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Final Acknowledgment
By enrolling, you confirm that you understand the risks of trading and accept full responsibility for your actions, agree to all of these terms, will use the course solely for your own education, and understand that "lifetime access" means CMP Trading Room's operational lifetime rather than your own, and that access may end if the business closes or materially changes.
