“Member”: Any individual subscribing to CMP Trading Room services.
“Services”: Educational content, market commentary, technical analysis, indicators, training, and community/chat access.
Membership Fee: Billed annually (auto-renewed unless cancelled prior to renewal).
Delivery: All content is delivered digitally via live streams, indicators, training, and chat access.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services, all sales are final. By subscribing, you waive the right to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Cancellation: Members are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
