1. Subscription & Refund Policy

  • Annual Subscription Fee: After your trial, membership renews automatically at $894.00 per year.

  • Digital Product Notice: All content—live streams, recordings, watchlists, chat access, indicators, and analyses—is delivered digitally.

  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, all fees are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you waive any right to dispute charges with your bank or payment provider.

2. Purpose & Risk Acknowledgment

  • CMP Trading Room provides educational and informational trading content only.

  • Not Financial Advice: None of our materials or live sessions constitute a recommendation to buy or sell futures, stocks, or other securities.

  • No Registered Advisers: We are not broker-dealers, investment advisers, or licensed financial advisors.

  • High Risk Warning: Trading futures involves significant risk. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose. You should perform your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial professional before making any trading decisions.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Proprietary Content: All slides, analyses, indicators, watchlists, chat transcripts, and live-stream recordings are the exclusive property of CMP Trading Room.

  • Strictly Confidential: You agree to keep all content and strategies shared in our sessions confidential and for your personal use only.

  • No Recording or Redistribution: Recording, reproducing, sharing, or distributing any portion of our live sessions—by video, audio, screenshot, transcript, or otherwise—is strictly prohibited.

  • Enforcement: Any unauthorized recording, redistribution, or reverse-engineering of our content will result in immediate termination of your membership and may lead to legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability & Release

  • “As-Is” Basis: All services, materials, and live streams are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

  • No Liability for Losses: CMP Trading Room and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including trading losses.

  • Release: You hereby release CMP Trading Room and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of, or in any way connected with, your participation in our programs.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of our services.

6. Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

  • Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and CMP Trading Room regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

  • Amendments: CMP Trading Room may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the website; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

By subscribing to CMP Trading Room’s Annual Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
