PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.By purchasing access to the CMP Futures Trading Room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below before joining.
“CMP Trading Room” / “CMP”The educational trading community operated by CMP, including all associated platforms, content, tools, and communications.
“Member”Any individual who purchases or accesses CMP Trading Room services.
“Services”Digitally delivered educational content, including but not limited to: live or recorded streams, market commentary, technical analysis, indicators, training materials, written content, and community/chat access.
Membership Fee$199 USD per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Immediate Digital AccessUpon successful payment, Members receive immediate access to protected digital content and community resources.
NO REFUNDS — NO EXCEPTIONSDue to the instant delivery of proprietary digital content:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, OR CREDITS will be issued under any circumstances
This includes (but is not limited to):
Lack of usage
Dissatisfaction
Misunderstanding of the service
Trading losses
Account termination or voluntary cancellation
By subscribing, you explicitly waive any right to initiate:
Refund requests
Payment disputes
Chargebacks with banks, Stripe, PayPal, or card issuers
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and permanent banning.
CMP Trading Room is STRICTLY an educational service.
We are NOT financial advisors, brokers, or money managers
We do NOT provide:
Trading signals
Investment advice
Personalized recommendations
Trade copying services
All trades, charts, discussions, and commentary are:
For educational and illustrative purposes only
Not instructions to buy or sell any instrument
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.You should never copy trades or rely on CMP for execution decisions.

You may NOT:
Share login credentials
Redistribute, resell, or mirror content
Record or publish private streams or discussions
CMP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for:
Rule violations
Disruptive or unprofessional behavior
Abuse of the platform or community
All CMP Trading Room materials — including but not limited to:
Videos
Lessons
Indicators
Charts
Written commentary
Chatroom discussions
Are the exclusive intellectual property of CMP.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CMP Trading Room, its operators, affiliates, and representatives are NOT liable for:
Missed opportunities
Financial damages
Emotional or psychological stress related to trading
You assume full and sole responsibility for all trading activity and outcomes.
Member information is used solely for:
Account access
Billing
Service communication
Data is not sold or shared with third parties except where legally required.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
By subscribing, checking a box, or otherwise accessing CMP Trading Room, you confirm that you:

Acknowledge that ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Accept that NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS are permitted
Understand the risks of futures trading
Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and results
