Access Agreement, Risk Disclosure & Educational Use Policy

Please read carefully. This is a legally binding agreement. By purchasing or accessing CMP, the CMP educational trading community, including all content, tools, commentary, and community access, you agree to all of the terms below.

1. Educational Purpose Only
CMP is an educational service and nothing more. We make no guarantee of profits or results. Your success depends entirely on your own skill, discipline, and risk management, and every outcome is your sole responsibility.

2. Billing & No-Refund Policy
Membership is recurring and continues until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel before your renewal date; otherwise your membership renews automatically. Because access to digital content is immediate, all sales are final, no refunds, credits, or cancellations for any reason. If you have a billing concern, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Initiating a chargeback after accessing the Services may result in immediate termination and permanent suspension.

3. No Advice or Signals (NFA Compliance)
CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal or copy-trading service. Everything we share is for educational and informational purposes only, it is not financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures. Every Member must make their own independent trading decisions. Copying others' trades, waiting for a trade to be taken before acting, and requesting entry or exit signals are all prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.

4. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. By joining, you acknowledge that losses can exceed your initial investment, that leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and that past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading.

5. Conduct, Intellectual Property & Liability
Members may not share access, redistribute or resell content, or record private sessions; all CMP content remains the property of CMP. Violations may result in termination without a refund. CMP accepts no liability for trading losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities — all trading decisions, and their consequences, rest entirely with the Member.

6. Privacy & Governing Law
We use your data only for account management, billing, and communication, and never sell it unless required by law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

7. Acknowledgement
By joining CMP, you confirm that you understand this is an educational service, accept that no refunds are given, understand the risks of trading, and take full responsibility for all of your trading decisions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase access.
