PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
By purchasing or accessing the CMP Futures Trading Room (“CMP”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth below before completing your purchase.
“CMP Trading Room” / “CMP”The educational trading community operated by CMP, including all associated platforms, content, communications, tools, indicators, and digital resources.
“Member”Any individual who purchases or accesses CMP services.
“Services”Digitally delivered educational material including, but not limited to:
• live or recorded market commentary• chart analysis and technical discussion• indicators and tools• written educational material• training content• community discussion access
CMP Trading Room is an educational trading environment, not a results-based service.
By joining, you acknowledge that:
• CMP does not guarantee profitability or financial success• Trading skill requires time, discipline, and independent study• Value is derived from learning and personal application
CMP is not responsible for whether a Member:
• uses the material• applies the concepts correctly• uses proper risk management• achieves any financial outcome
Trading results remain entirely the responsibility of the Member.
$199 USD per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Upon successful payment, Members receive immediate access to proprietary digital content and private community resources.
Because access to protected digital materials is provided instantly:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CMP does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or cancellations under any circumstances.
This includes cancellations due to:
• dissatisfaction with the service• insufficient participation• trading losses• expectation mismatch• technical learning curve• personal circumstances
By subscribing, you waive any right to request refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in:
• immediate termination of access• permanent account suspension• potential recovery action.
CMP Trading Room is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
CMP and its operators:
• are not registered investment advisors• are not acting as brokers or money managers• do not provide trade signals or personalized financial advice
All charts, commentary, trade discussions, and examples are:
• illustrative only• not instructions to buy or sell securities or futures contracts• not tailored to any individual financial situation
Members remain solely responsible for all trading decisions.
CMP Trading Room is not a signal service and may not be used for copying trades.
All charts, commentary, and examples are provided for educational purposes only.
Members must make independent trading decisions and may not rely on CMP or its host for trade execution.
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
• waiting for CMP or its host to enter a trade before trading• copying trades shown in the room• asking when to enter or exit trades• treating commentary as trade signals
Examples of prohibited statements include:
• “I will trade when Callum trades”• “I’m waiting for Callum to enter before I trade”• “Tell us when to enter”
Members must trade independently using their own judgment and risk management.
Any member whose language or behavior suggests reliance on CMP for trade execution may be:
• warned• suspended• permanently removed from the trading room without refund
CMP reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct suggests the service is being used as a signal or copy-trading service.
Trading futures contracts involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.
You acknowledge that:
• you may lose all or more than your initial investment• leverage magnifies both gains and losses• past performance is not indicative of future results
Hypothetical or simulated trading results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading conditions.
Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
Membership is granted for personal educational use only.
Members may not:
• share account access• redistribute CMP materials• record private streams or discussions• misrepresent CMP content as financial advice
CMP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations or misuse of the platform.
All CMP materials — including videos, indicators, charts, written content, and discussions — are the exclusive intellectual property of CMP.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMP and its representatives shall not be liable for:
• trading losses• missed opportunities• financial damages• emotional or psychological distress
All trading decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the Member.
Member information is used solely for:
• account management• billing• service communication
CMP does not sell or share personal data, except where required by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
By purchasing or accessing CMP Trading Room, you confirm that you:
• understand CMP is a paid educational service• accept that all sales are final• acknowledge the risks of futures trading• accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and results• agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement
