CMP Trading Room – Member Disclaimer & Agreement

1. Definitions

  • “Member” means the individual or entity subscribing to CMP Trading Room.

2. Trial & Billing

  • 7-Day Free Trial: Full Zoom-room access at no charge.

  • Monthly Fee: Automatically renews at $149/month after trial.

  • Digital Product: All materials (live streams, recordings, indicators, analyses, chat) are delivered electronically.

  • No Refunds: All fees are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you waive any charge-back rights.

3. Educational Purpose & Risk

  • Educational Only: We provide informational content, not trading recommendations.

  • Not Registered Advisers: We are neither broker-dealers nor licensed financial advisors.

  • ⚠️ High Risk: Futures trading carries substantial risk. Never trade with funds you can’t afford to lose. Perform your own research and consider professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Our Content Is Proprietary: All slide decks, analyses, watchlists, chat logs, and video streams remain CMP Trading Room’s exclusive property.

  • Personal Use Only: Materials are for your individual learning—sharing or redistributing is prohibited.

  • No Recording/Redistribution: You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, copy, or publicly share any content.

  • Enforcement: Violations result in immediate membership termination and potential legal action.

5. Liability Waiver

  • “As-Is” Service: All content is provided without any express or implied warranty.

  • No Liability for Losses: CMP Trading Room and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses or other damages, direct or indirect.

  • Release of Claims: You release us (and our officers, employees, agents) from all claims arising from your use of our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of our services.

7. Governing Law & Modifications

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of , without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the full and exclusive understanding between you and CMP Trading Room, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.

  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reformed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  • Amendments: We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of CMP Trading Room’s services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
