1. Purchase, Delivery & Refund Policy

Instant Delivery: Once your payment clears, your TradingView username will be whitelisted, granting you access to the private scripts (“Indicators”) within TradingView.

Digital Product Notice: Indicators are delivered electronically through TradingView’s invite-only system.

Lifetime Access: Access is granted on a lifetime basis to your TradingView account, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

No Refunds: Because access is digital and irrevocable once granted, all sales are final. By purchasing, you waive any right to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
2. License Grant & Use Restrictions
CMP Trading Room grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Indicators on your own TradingView account for educational trading analysis only.
Strict Usage Restrictions:

🚫 No copying, cloning, decrypting, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works of the Indicators or Pine Script logic.

🚫 No resale, sublicensing, lending, gifting, or sharing access with third parties.

🚫 No public showcasing of code, screenshots, or performance data that could disclose indicator logic without prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All source code, compiled scripts, layouts, names, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of CMP Trading Room. You agree to keep all such content confidential and not disclose, reproduce, or repurpose it in any form.
4. Platform Compliance
Use of the Indicators must comply with TradingView’s Terms of Service. CMP Trading Room reserves the right to revoke your license if your TradingView account violates platform policies or this agreement.
5. Risk Disclosure

Educational Use Only: The Indicators are tools for learning technical concepts and are not trading signals.

Not Investment Advice: No indicator, alert, or output is a recommendation to buy or sell.

Trading Risk: Trading futures and derivatives involves significant risk. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose.

6. Limitation of Liability & Release
The Indicators are provided “as is”, without warranties. CMP Trading Room and its affiliates are not liable for:

Platform issues, revocations, or outages.

Any damages arising from your use of the Indicators.
You release CMP Trading Room from all claims related to the use of these tools.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of this Agreement, or

Misuse, unauthorized distribution, or illegal use of the Indicators.
8. Termination & Enforcement

Violation: Breach of these terms — especially copying, redistribution, or reverse-engineering — will result in permanent termination and potential legal action.

Service Changes: CMP Trading Room reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue the Indicators at its discretion. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled exclusively by UK courts.
Final Acknowledgment
By purchasing and activating access to CMP TradingView Custom Indicators, you confirm that:

You understand the risks involved in trading.

You agree to all licensing, usage, and confidentiality restrictions.

You accept that access is tied to TradingView’s invite-only system and may end if CMP Trading Room discontinues the product.
