Access Fee: One-time purchase of $399 for lifetime access to CMP TradingView Custom Indicators.
Instant Delivery: Once your payment clears, your TradingView username is whitelisted, granting you immediate access to the private scripts (“Indicators”) directly inside TradingView.
Digital Product Notice: All Indicators are delivered electronically through TradingView’s invite-only system.
No Refunds: Because access is irrevocable once granted, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you waive any right to dispute or charge back the transaction.
Personal, Non-Transferable License: CMP Trading Room grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Indicators on your own TradingView account for personal analysis and trading.
Strictly No Redistribution:
No Copying / Forking: You may not copy, clone, decrypt, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the Indicators or their underlying Pine Script code.
No Resale or Sub-Licensing: You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, gift, share, or otherwise provide access to any third party, whether for free or for profit.
No Public Showcasing: Republishing screenshots, source code, or performance metrics intended to reveal indicator logic is prohibited without prior written consent from CMP Trading Room.
All source code, compiled scripts, visual designs, names, and associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of CMP Trading Room. You agree to keep all code, logic, and proprietary concepts confidential.
You must use the Indicators in accordance with TradingView’s own Terms of Service. CMP Trading Room reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if your TradingView account violates platform rules or this Agreement.
Educational Purpose Only: The Indicators are provided solely to illustrate technical concepts and assist in market analysis.
Not Investment Advice: Nothing herein constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or financial instrument.
Trading Risk: All trading involves significant risk. Use only capital you can afford to lose and seek independent financial advice when necessary.
The Indicators are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CMP Trading Room and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including trading losses—arising from use of the Indicators.You hereby release CMP Trading Room from any and all claims related to your use of the product.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and its affiliates against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your breach of this Agreement, or
Any misuse or unauthorised distribution of the Indicators.
Violation of any term—in particular, copying, resale, or disclosure—will result in immediate termination of your license, revocation of TradingView access, and potential legal action for injunctive relief and monetary damages.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement concerning the Indicators and supersedes all prior understandings.Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.Amendments: CMP Trading Room may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
