CMP Trading Room – Premium Membership Disclaimer & Agreement

(Applicable to Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Members)

1. Definitions

“Member”: Any individual subscribing to CMP Trading Room services.
“Services”: Educational content, market commentary, technical analysis, indicators, training, and community/chat access.
“Membership Type”: The plan selected by the Member — Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime.

2. Billing Terms

Membership Fee:

Monthly Plan: $149/month (auto-renewed unless cancelled).
Yearly Plan: Billed annually (auto-renewed unless cancelled prior to renewal).
Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for lifetime access.

Delivery: All content is delivered digitally via live streams, indicators, training, and chat access.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services, all sales are final. By subscribing, you waive the right to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

Cancellation:

Monthly and Yearly Members are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.
Lifetime access cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.

Lifetime Access Conditions:
“Lifetime access” refers to the operational lifetime of CMP Trading Room as a business, not the member’s personal lifetime.
If CMP Trading Room ceases operations, discontinues membership services, or undergoes structural changes, access may be discontinued without refund.
CMP Trading Room reserves the right to change platforms, delivery methods, or service features, provided equivalent educational content remains available.

3. Educational Use Only

CMP Trading Room is an educational community, not a financial advisory service.

All trades shown are for demonstration and learning purposes only.
CMP Trading Room does not provide trading signals, investment advice, or personalized recommendations.
Members must make their own independent trading decisions and are advised not to copy trades.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor.

You may lose all or more than your initial investment.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have limitations (CFTC Rule 4.41).
Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

5. Membership Terms

Membership access is for personal educational use only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of CMP Trading Room content is strictly prohibited.
Members must maintain professional conduct in the community.
Breach of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All CMP Trading Room content (videos, lessons, indicators, chatroom discussions) is the property of CMP Trading Room.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

CMP Trading Room and its affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or outcomes related to your trading activity.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and results.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy.
Member data (name, email, billing info) is used only for account management and service delivery.
Data is not shared with third parties except as legally required.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

10. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, you confirm that you:

Understand CMP Trading Room is for educational purposes only.
Have read and understood the Risk Disclosure.
Accept full responsibility for your own trading activity and results.
Acknowledge and agree to the billing terms applicable to your selected Membership Type.
(If Lifetime) Acknowledge that “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of CMP Trading Room’s operations, not your personal lifetime.
