CMP Trading Room – Lifetime Access Member Disclaimer & Agreement

1. Definitions

“Member”: Any individual subscribing to CMP Trading Room services.

“Services”: Educational content, market commentary, technical analysis, indicators, training, and community/chat access.

2. Billing Terms

  • Membership Fee: One-time payment for lifetime access.

  • Delivery: All content is delivered digitally via live streams, indicators, training, and chat access.

  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services, all sales are final. By subscribing, you waive the right to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

3. Educational Use Only

  • CMP Trading Room is an educational community, not a financial advisory service.

  • All trades shown are for demonstration and learning purposes only.

  • We do not provide trading signals, investment advice, or personalized recommendations.

  • Do not copy trades — always make your own independent trading decisions.

4. Risk Disclosure

  • Trading futures involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor.

  • You may lose all or more than your initial investment.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • Hypothetical or simulated performance results have limitations (CFTC Rule 4.41).

  • Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

5. Membership Terms

  • Lifetime membership access is for personal educational use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of CMP Trading Room content is strictly prohibited.

  • Members must maintain professional conduct in the community.

6. Lifetime Access Conditions

  • “Lifetime access” refers to the operational lifetime of CMP Trading Room as a business.

  • If CMP Trading Room ceases operations, discontinues its membership services, or undergoes a structural change, member access may be discontinued without refund.

  • CMP Trading Room reserves the right to change platforms, delivery methods, or features of the service, provided members continue to have access to equivalent educational content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All CMP Trading Room content (videos, lessons, indicators, chatroom discussions) is the property of CMP Trading Room.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • CMP Trading Room and its affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or outcomes related to your trading.

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy. Member data (name, email, billing info) is used only for account management and service delivery.

  • Data is not shared with third parties except as legally required.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Acknowledgment

By signing below, you confirm that you:

  • Understand CMP Trading Room is for educational purposes only.

  • Have read and understood the Risk Disclosure.

  • Accept full responsibility for your trading activity and results.

  • Acknowledge that “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of CMP Trading Room’s operations, not your personal lifetime, and that access may end if the business discontinues.
