1. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Digital Product Notice: All content—live streams, recordings, watchlists, chat access, indicators, and analyses—is delivered digitally.

  • No Refunds: Because our service is a digital delivery, all fees are final and non-refundable, even if you discontinue use or our service ceases. By enrolling, you waive any right to dispute charges with your bank or payment provider.

2. Purpose & Risk Acknowledgment

  • CMP Trading Room provides educational and informational trading content only.

  • Not Financial Advice: None of our materials or live sessions constitute a recommendation to buy or sell futures, stocks, or other securities.

  • No Registered Advisers: We are not broker-dealers, investment advisers, or licensed financial advisors.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Strictly Confidential: You agree to keep all strategies, signals, and methods shared in our sessions strictly confidential and for your personal use only.

  • No Recording or Redistribution: Recording, reproducing, sharing, or distributing any portion of our live sessions—by video, audio, screenshot, transcript, or otherwise—is strictly prohibited.

  • Enforcement: Any unauthorized recording, redistribution, or reverse-engineering of our content will result in immediate termination of your membership and may lead to legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability & Release

  • “As-Is” Basis: All services, materials, and live streams are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

  • No Liability for Losses: CMP Trading Room and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including trading losses.

  • Release: You hereby release CMP Trading Room and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of, or in any way connected with, your participation in our programs.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of our services.

6. Service Discontinuation

  • Right to Terminate Service: CMP Trading Room reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

  • No Refund Obligation: In the event that CMP Trading Room ceases operations or discontinues the service, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Limitation of Liability: CMP Trading Room shall incur no liability for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service, nor for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

7. Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

  • Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and CMP Trading Room regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

  • Amendments: CMP Trading Room may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the website; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
