By purchasing or accessing the CMP Complete Trading Bundle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below before completing your purchase.
1. Bundle Access
The CMP Complete Trading Bundle provides the following digital services:
• Access to the CMP Futures Masterclass Bundle (Masterclass 1.0 & 2.0)
• 1 year of access to the CMP Futures Trading Room
• Any additional bonuses included at the time of purchase (such as temporary indicator access)
The Masterclass courses are delivered as digital educational content, and Trading Room access provides live educational market commentary and community discussion.
2. Digital Delivery & No-Refund Policy
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate electronic access to protected digital educational materials.
Due to the instant delivery of proprietary digital content:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CMP does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or cancellations under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Lack of participation or usage
• Financial performance or trading losses
• Personal financial circumstances
• Time constraints
• Technical or learning curve difficulties
By purchasing the bundle, you waive any right to request a refund, dispute the charge, or initiate a chargeback.
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate termination of access
• Permanent account suspension
• Potential legal recovery action.
3. Educational Purpose
All CMP services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
CMP Trading Room and its operators:
• Are not financial advisers
• Are not brokers or investment managers
• Do not provide trade signals or financial advice
Any charts, trade discussions, market commentary, or examples are:
• Illustrative only
• Not instructions to buy or sell financial instruments
You remain fully responsible for all trading decisions.
4. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading futures contracts involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.
You acknowledge that:
• You may lose all or more than your invested capital
• Leverage significantly magnifies gains and losses
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose entirely.
5. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure (CFTC Rule 4.41)

6. No Income Claims
CMP makes no representations, guarantees, or promises regarding:

• Income generation
Your trading results depend entirely on your own decisions, experience, and risk management.
7. Trading Room Participation
The CMP Trading Room provides educational market observation, including live chart analysis and commentary.
Members acknowledge that:
• Trades discussed are educational demonstrations
• They are not signals or trade alerts
• Members should not blindly copy trades
All trading activity remains the sole responsibility of the Member.
8. Course Access Duration
The CMP Complete Trading Bundle includes:
• Lifetime access to the Masterclass courses
• 12 months of access to the CMP Trading Room
“Lifetime access” refers to the operational lifetime of CMP Trading Room as a business, not the purchaser’s lifetime.
CMP reserves the right to modify, relocate, or discontinue course materials if necessary due to platform, technical, or business changes.
9. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All CMP materials — including but not limited to:
• course videos
• indicators
• charts
• written materials
• community discussions
• trading tools
— are the exclusive intellectual property of CMP Trading Room.
Your license is personal, non-transferable, and for educational use only.
You may not:
• Share your account or access
• Redistribute or sell CMP materials
• Record or republish course or trading room content
• Use materials to create competing products or services
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
CMP Trading Room provides all services “as is” without warranties or guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMP and its representatives are not liable for:
• Trading losses
• Financial damages
• Missed opportunities
• Misuse or misunderstanding of educational content
You accept full responsibility for all financial decisions and outcomes.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Your breach of this Agreement
• Your misuse of CMP materials or services.
12. U.S. Regulatory Disclosure
CMP Trading Room is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or the National Futures Association (NFA).
All services are provided solely as educational material and commentary.
13. Privacy
CMP collects and uses member information solely for:
• account management
• billing
• service communication
CMP does not sell or share personal data except where legally required.
14. Legal Terms
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between the Member and CMP Trading Room.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Amendments
CMP may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15. Final Acknowledgement
By purchasing the CMP Complete Trading Bundle, you confirm that:
• You understand the risks of futures trading
• You accept that all sales are final
• You understand CMP provides education only
• You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
• You agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase access.
