CMP Lifetime Live Room

Access Agreement, Risk Disclosure & Educational Use Policy

1. Educational Purpose Only

CMP is an educational service and nothing more. We make no guarantee of profits or results. Your success depends entirely on your own skill, discipline, and risk management, and every outcome is your sole responsibility. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

2. What You Are Buying

CMP Lifetime Live Room includes access to the CMP Live Futures Room, including the live trading sessions, the members' live-room Discord channels, and any session replays we choose to make available. Access is provided on a lifetime basis, with no fixed end date and nothing to renew.

Live room only. This product does not include the CMP Masterclass, the Masterclass Indicator Suite, the CMP TSV Suite or its course, the CMP Trade Manager, or any other CMP product, course, indicator, or software sold separately. Anything you already own under another CMP purchase is unaffected by this Agreement and continues on its own terms.

What lifetime means. Lifetime means the operational lifetime of the CMP Trading Room service. It does not mean your lifetime, and it does not mean forever. Access continues for as long as CMP continues to operate the live room service in a form of our choosing. If the service is discontinued, wound down, sold, transferred, suspended, or permanently closed for any reason, lifetime access ends at that point and no refund, credit, or pro-rata payment is due to you. You should treat this as a purchase of what the service is today, not a guarantee of what it will be in future.

Claiming your access. Access is granted to one Discord account, linked to the email address you pay with. Enter your Discord username at checkout so that access can be switched on straight away. If you change Discord accounts, contact us and we will move your access once you have confirmed that you own the payment email.

3. Payment & No-Refund Policy

CMP Lifetime Live Room is a single one-time payment of $999 USD. That payment covers live room access in full. No subscription is created, nothing is charged automatically at any point, and there is no further charge for live room access at any time.

Because access to digital content is immediate, all sales are final. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right to cancel. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds are given for any reason, including if you stop trading, stop using the service, or the service later closes. If you have a billing concern, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Initiating a chargeback after accessing the Services may result in immediate termination and permanent suspension without refund. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

4. Existing-Member Offer & Current Memberships

CMP Lifetime Live Room is a discounted offer made privately to existing CMP members. It does not change the price of any other CMP product, and CMP is under no obligation to offer it to anyone else or on any other occasion.

If you currently pay for a monthly or quarterly live room membership, you are responsible for cancelling it, or asking us to cancel it, so that you are not charged again. We will help you do this. Payments already made for any period are not refunded.

If you hold a yearly membership, including CMP Complete Year, this purchase replaces the live room element of that membership from the date of purchase. Any other components of that membership continue for their original term under their own agreement. Unless we agree otherwise with you in writing, no refund, credit, or pro-rata payment is given for any unused part of an existing membership.

5. Continuity, Changes & Discontinuation

CMP is operated by a single individual. You accept that the service depends on the continued availability, health, and personal circumstances of that individual, and on third party platforms outside our control including Stripe, LaunchPass, Whop, TradingView, NinjaTrader, Zoom, YouTube, Discord, and any payment processor.

We may at any time and without notice change the format, schedule, frequency, or content of the service, change or remove features or community areas, move the service to a different platform, pause the service temporarily, or discontinue it permanently. Nothing in this Agreement obliges CMP to provide live streams, daily sessions, or any minimum level of content for any period of time. This applies notwithstanding the lifetime nature of your access.

If the service ends permanently, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice. This is a courtesy and not a contractual obligation, and no refund is due in any circumstance.

We may also assign or transfer this Agreement and the service to another operator. Your access is personal to you, non-transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or passed to another person or to your estate.

6. No Advice or Signals (NFA Compliance)

CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal or copy-trading service. Everything we share is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures. Every Member must make their own independent trading decisions. Copying others' trades, waiting for a trade to be taken before acting, and requesting entry or exit signals are all prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.

Trades shown during sessions may be taken across multiple accounts, including funded evaluation accounts and simulated accounts. Figures shown should not be treated as a verified or complete performance record.

7. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. By joining, you acknowledge that losses can exceed your initial investment, that leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and that past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Most retail traders lose money.

8. Conduct, Intellectual Property & Liability

Members may not share access, redistribute or resell content, record private sessions, or share their Discord or Zoom access or the live room links with anyone. All CMP content remains the property of CMP. Violations may result in permanent termination of access without a refund.

CMP accepts no liability for trading losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities. All trading decisions, and their consequences, rest entirely with the Member. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this Agreement or the service is limited to the amount you paid for CMP Lifetime Live Room. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, death, bereavement, platform outages, account bans or restrictions imposed by third parties, regulatory action, loss of internet or power, or any other circumstance we could not reasonably have prevented.

10. Privacy & Governing Law

We use your data only for account management, billing, and communication, and never sell it unless required by law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Hypothetical Results Disclaimer (CFTC Rule 4.41)

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

12. Acknowledgement

By purchasing CMP Lifetime Live Room for a one-time payment of $999 USD, you confirm that you understand this is an educational service and that CMP is not FCA authorised, that this product is live room access only and includes no courses, indicators, or software, that access is provided for the operational lifetime of the service and not your own, that nothing renews and no further charge is made, that no refunds are given under any circumstances, that the service may change or end at any time and your access ends with it, that you are 18 or over, and that you take full responsibility for all of your trading decisions and their outcomes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase access.
