Access Agreement, Risk Disclosure & Educational Use Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

By purchasing or accessing CMP, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

CMP / Trading Room: The CMP educational trading community, including all content, tools, and communications.
Member: Any user with access to CMP.
Services: Educational materials including live commentary, chart analysis, indicators, and community access.

2. Educational Purpose Only

CMP is an educational service only.

We do not guarantee profits or results, and trading success depends entirely on the Member’s:

skill
discipline
risk management

All outcomes are the sole responsibility of the Member.

3. Billing & No-Refund Policy

Membership: $79/Week, recurring until cancelled
Members must cancel before the next billing date
Failure to cancel results in automatic renewal

No Refunds:
Due to immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason.

Chargebacks:
Members agree to contact CMP before initiating disputes. Chargebacks after access may result in:

account termination
permanent suspension

4. No Investment Advice (NFA Compliance)

CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal service.

All content is:

for educational and informational purposes only
not financial advice
not trade recommendations

Nothing shared constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell futures contracts.

5. No Signals / No Copy Trading

CMP is not a signal or copy-trading service.

Members must make independent trading decisions.

Prohibited behavior includes:

copying trades
waiting for trades to be taken
asking for entry/exit signals

Violation may result in removal without refund.

6. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.

You acknowledge:

losses can exceed your initial investment
leverage increases risk
past performance is not indicative of future results

Hypothetical results have limitations and do not reflect real trading.

7. Member Conduct

Members may not:

share access
redistribute content
record private sessions

Violations may result in termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All CMP content is owned by CMP and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

9. Limitation of Liability

CMP is not liable for:

trading losses
financial damages
missed opportunities

All decisions remain the Member’s responsibility.

10. Privacy

Data is used only for:

account management
billing
communication

No data is sold unless required by law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by UK law.

12. Acknowledgement

By joining CMP, you confirm that you:

understand this is an educational service
accept no refunds
understand trading risks
take full responsibility for all trading decisions
