Access Agreement, Risk Disclosure & Educational Use Policy (3 instalments)

1. Educational Purpose Only

CMP is an educational service and nothing more. We make no guarantee of profits or results. Your success depends entirely on your own skill, discipline, and risk management, and every outcome is your sole responsibility. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

2. What You Are Buying

CMP Elite includes: (a) access to the CMP Live Futures Room, including the members' Discord channels and session replays; (b) the CMP Masterclass, including the Masterclass Indicator Suite for TradingView; (c) the CMP TSV Suite for TradingView, including its walkthrough course; and (d) the CMP Trade Manager for NinjaTrader 8. All components are provided on the same lifetime basis, with no fixed end date and nothing to renew once the three instalments are paid. Each software component is licensed under its own agreement (the CMP TSV Indicator Suite End User Licence Agreement and the CMP Trade Manager Licence & Disclaimer Agreement), which are incorporated here and govern the product they cover where the two differ. Software licences are personal, non-transferable, and for one user.

What lifetime means. Lifetime means the operational lifetime of the CMP Trading Room service. It does not mean your lifetime, and it does not mean forever. Access continues for as long as CMP continues to operate the service in a form of our choosing. If the service is discontinued, wound down, sold, transferred, suspended, or permanently closed for any reason, lifetime access ends at that point and no refund, credit, or pro-rata payment is due to you. You should treat this as a purchase of what the service is today, not a guarantee of what it will be in future.

Claiming your access. Live Futures Room access is granted separately after you buy, so claim it promptly. Masterclass access is granted on purchase. TradingView indicators are whitelisted to the TradingView username you provide, and the Trade Manager is licensed to the NinjaTrader machine ID you provide. All components are made available to you from your first instalment, on the condition that the remaining instalments are paid as set out in section 4.

3. 1-on-1 Onboarding and Quarterly Reviews

CMP Elite includes one onboarding call of up to sixty minutes with Callum Parker, to be booked within your first thirty days, and one review call of up to thirty minutes in each subsequent calendar quarter, to be booked within that quarter. Calls are held over Zoom at mutually agreed times, are educational only, and do not constitute personal financial advice or a review of your trading account. Unused calls do not roll over and have no cash value. These calls are provided for as long as CMP continues to offer the Elite tier and may be replaced with an equivalent group format on reasonable notice.

4. Payment by Instalments & No-Refund Policy

The price of CMP Elite is $2,997 USD, paid as three monthly instalments of $999 USD. The first instalment is taken at checkout. The second and third are taken automatically, one month and two months after the first, from the card you provide at checkout. After the third instalment nothing further is charged at any point, and there is no further charge for any included component at any time. The instalment plan is a convenience for paying the full price; it is not a subscription, a trial, or a monthly membership, and it cannot be cancelled part way through.

If an instalment is not paid. If the second or third instalment cannot be collected, our payment processor will retry the card over the following days and email you to update your payment details. If the instalment remains unpaid after those retries, this Agreement ends: all access, including the Live Futures Room, the Masterclass, the TSV Suite, the Trade Manager, and the onboarding and review calls, is withdrawn and your Discord roles are removed. Instalments already paid are not refunded and do not entitle you to any part of the product on a standalone basis. The unpaid balance remains due, and access is restored only when it is paid in full.

Because access to digital content is immediate, all sales are final. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right to cancel. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds are given for any reason, including if you stop trading, stop using the service, or the service later closes. If you have a billing concern, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Initiating a chargeback after accessing the Services may result in immediate termination and permanent suspension without refund. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

5. Upgrades from Other CMP Products

A CMP Complete Year member may upgrade to CMP Elite during their twelve months by paying the difference between the amount they paid for CMP Complete Year and the CMP Elite price in force on the day of upgrade. A Quarterly member who upgrades within thirty days of their first quarterly payment has that payment credited against the Elite price. Elite access begins on payment of the difference. Where you upgrade, this Agreement replaces the agreement for the product you upgraded from, and the components you already hold under that product continue under this Agreement.

6. Continuity, Changes & Discontinuation

CMP is operated by a single individual. You accept that the service depends on the continued availability, health, and personal circumstances of that individual, and on third party platforms outside our control including Stripe, LaunchPass, Whop, TradingView, NinjaTrader, Zoom, YouTube, Discord, and any payment processor.

We may at any time and without notice change the format, schedule, frequency, or content of the service, change or remove features, tools, indicators, software, or community areas, move the service to a different platform, pause the service temporarily, or discontinue it permanently. Nothing in this Agreement obliges CMP to provide live streams, daily sessions, or any minimum level of content for any period of time. This applies notwithstanding the lifetime nature of your access.

The indicator suites are delivered through TradingView and the Trade Manager through NinjaTrader 8. Each depends on that platform remaining available and continuing to support the features the tools rely on. We are not responsible for changes TradingView or NinjaTrader make to their platforms, pricing, or scripting environments.

If the service ends permanently, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice and, where practical, to make previously purchased course material available for download. This is a courtesy and not a contractual obligation, and no refund is due in any circumstance.

We may also assign or transfer this Agreement and the service to another operator. Your access is personal to you, non-transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or passed to another person or to your estate.

7. No Advice or Signals (NFA Compliance)

CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal or copy-trading service. Everything we share, including anything discussed on an onboarding or review call, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures. Every Member must make their own independent trading decisions. Copying others' trades, waiting for a trade to be taken before acting, and requesting entry or exit signals are all prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.

Trades shown during sessions may be taken across multiple accounts, including funded evaluation accounts and simulated accounts. Figures shown should not be treated as a verified or complete performance record.

8. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. By joining, you acknowledge that losses can exceed your initial investment, that leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and that past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Most retail traders lose money.

9. Conduct, Intellectual Property & Liability

Members may not share access, redistribute or resell content, indicators, or software, record private sessions, or share their Discord, Zoom, TradingView, or NinjaTrader access with anyone. All CMP content, indicators, and software remain the property of CMP. Violations may result in permanent termination of access and all licences without a refund.

CMP accepts no liability for trading losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities, including any arising from the use, misconfiguration, or failure of the Trade Manager or any indicator. All trading decisions, and their consequences, rest entirely with the Member. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this Agreement or the service is limited to the amount you have actually paid for CMP Elite. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, death, bereavement, platform outages, account bans or restrictions imposed by third parties, regulatory action, loss of internet or power, or any other circumstance we could not reasonably have prevented.

11. Privacy & Governing Law

We use your data only for account management, billing, and communication, and never sell it unless required by law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Hypothetical Results Disclaimer (CFTC Rule 4.41)

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

13. Acknowledgement

By purchasing CMP Elite for $2,997 USD paid in three monthly instalments of $999, you confirm that you understand this is an educational service and that CMP is not FCA authorised, that the second and third instalments will be taken automatically from your card one and two months after the first, that if any instalment is not paid all access ends and instalments already paid are not refunded, that all included components are provided for the operational lifetime of the service and not your own, that the onboarding and review calls are educational only and not personal financial advice, that nothing renews and no further charge is made after the third instalment, that no refunds are given under any circumstances, that the service may change or end at any time and your access ends with it, that you are 18 or over, and that you take full responsibility for all of your trading decisions and their outcomes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase access.
