Please read carefully. This is a legally binding agreement. By purchasing or accessing CMP Complete Year, including all content, tools, software, commentary and community access, you agree to all of the terms below. Nothing in this agreement removes rights you have by law as a consumer.
1. What you are buying
CMP Complete Year is a single one-time payment that provides the following:
a) Live Room access for twelve months from the date access is granted: participation in the CMP live trading sessions (currently weekdays from 9:00 AM Eastern Time), the associated Discord channels and session replays for that period. This access ends automatically after twelve months and does not renew unless you choose to renew (clause 7).
b) The CMP Masterclass, including the Masterclass Indicator Suite for TradingView, with lifetime access, under the terms of the CMP Futures Masterclass Course Disclaimer Agreement, which is incorporated here.
c) The CMP TSV Suite for TradingView, including its walkthrough course, with lifetime access, under the CMP TSV Indicator Suite End User Licence Agreement, which is incorporated here.
d) The CMP Trade Manager for NinjaTrader 8, with a lifetime licence, under the CMP Trade Manager Licence & Disclaimer Agreement, which is incorporated here.
Where this agreement and an incorporated agreement differ, the incorporated agreement governs the product it covers. "Lifetime" means for as long as CMP continues to offer and support the product concerned. Software licences are personal, non-transferable and for one user.
2. Educational Purpose Only
CMP Trading Room Ltd provides an educational service and nothing more. We make no guarantee of profits or results. Your success depends on your own skill, discipline and risk management, and every outcome is your sole responsibility. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. Price and payment
The price is $1,497 USD, or the promotional price shown at checkout during a stated promotional window. Payment is taken once by card via Stripe. Nothing renews automatically. Prices exclude any card, currency-conversion or bank charges applied by your provider.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@cmptradingroom.com before opening a dispute with your bank, as most issues are quicker to fix directly.
4. Your right to cancel, and refunds
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund. That right is lost once we begin supplying the content, but only if you have expressly asked us to start straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so.
By signing this agreement you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access is granted. If you would rather keep that right, do not sign. Email us instead and we will hold your access until the 14 days have passed.
Subject to the above, because all products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately on payment, no refunds are given once access has been granted. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
5. The 30-day switch
If, within the first thirty days of your membership, you have attended at least fifteen live sessions and decide CMP Complete Year is not for you, you may ask us (by email to support@cmptradingroom.com within that 30-day period) to do one of the following instead of a refund:
a) apply the full amount you paid as a credit toward CMP Elite; or
b) end your Live Room access and keep the Masterclass, TSV Suite and Trade Manager under their own agreements.
Attendance is determined from Zoom and Discord records. The switch may be used once and is not available where any incorporated agreement has been breached.
6. Upgrading to CMP Elite
At any time during your twelve months you may upgrade to CMP Elite by paying the difference between the amount you paid for CMP Complete Year and the CMP Elite price in force on the day you upgrade. Contact support@cmptradingroom.com to arrange this.
7. After twelve months
Approximately thirty days before your Live Room access ends, we will email you with the option to:
a) renew Live Room access for a further twelve months at the renewal price then in force (currently $997 USD), or
b) upgrade to CMP Elite for the difference between what you paid for CMP Complete Year and the CMP Elite price then in force.
If you do neither, Live Room access ends and the Masterclass, TSV Suite and Trade Manager remain yours.
8. No advice or signals
CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal or copy-trading service. Nothing in the live sessions, courses, tools or Discord is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures. Every member must make their own independent trading decisions. Copying trades, waiting for a trade to be taken before acting, and requesting entry or exit signals are all prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.
Trades shown during sessions may be taken across multiple accounts, including funded evaluation accounts and simulated accounts. Figures shown, including any results in testimonials, should not be treated as a verified or complete performance record.
9. Futures trading risk disclosure
Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. By joining you acknowledge that losses can exceed your initial investment, that leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and that past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Most retail traders lose money. Only risk capital should be used.
10. Changes to the service
The service is delivered by one person and depends on third party platforms outside our control, including Zoom, Discord, TradingView, NinjaTrader and our payment processors. We may change the format, schedule, frequency or content of the service, change or remove features, tools, indicators or community areas, or move the service to a different platform, and will give reasonable notice of material changes in Discord. Nothing in this agreement obliges us to provide live streams, daily sessions or any minimum level of content. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, bereavement, platform outages, account restrictions imposed by third parties, regulatory action, or loss of internet or power. Where a product is discontinued we will provide a reasonable alternative or the remaining value as credit at our discretion.
11. Conduct and intellectual property
You will not record, redistribute, resell or share the live sessions, replays, course content, indicators or software, nor share your Discord, Zoom, TradingView or NinjaTrader access with anyone. All CMP content, including course material, indicators, software and recordings, remains the property of CMP Trading Room Ltd. Breach of this clause ends your membership and all licences immediately, without refund, and may result in further legal action where appropriate.
12. Our responsibility, and the limits of it
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill, and we do not exclude that.
Subject to that, we accept no liability for trading losses, financial damages or missed opportunities. All trading decisions and their consequences rest with you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to this agreement or the service is limited to the amount you paid us under it.
13. Your data and governing law
We use your data only for account management, billing and communication, and we never sell it. Full detail is in our privacy policy at cmptradingroom.com/privacy-policy/. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
14. Hypothetical results disclaimer (CFTC Rule 4.41)
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
15. Acknowledgement
By signing below you confirm that you understand this is an educational service and not financial advice, that CMP Trading Room Ltd is not FCA authorised, that no signals or trade recommendations are given and every trading decision is yours, that you have read and accept the incorporated Masterclass, TSV Suite and Trade Manager agreements, that your Live Room access ends after twelve months and does not renew automatically, that you expressly request immediate access and accept that this ends your 14-day right to cancel, that you understand the risks of trading and that most retail traders lose money, and that you are 18 or over.
