No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you waive any right to dispute charges with your bank or payment provider.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMP Trading Room and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of the course materials.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full agreement between you and CMP Trading Room regarding the Futures Masterclass and supersedes all prior communications.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.
Amendments: CMP Trading Room may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version online; your continued access constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By purchasing the Futures Masterclass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
