Version: 1.3, dated 12 October 2026
Please read carefully. This is a legally binding agreement. By purchasing or accessing CMP, the CMP educational trading community, including all content, tools, commentary, and community access, you agree to all of the terms below. Nothing in this agreement removes rights you have by law as a consumer.
1. Educational Purpose Only
CMP is an educational service and nothing more. We make no guarantee of profits or results. Your success depends entirely on your own skill, discipline, and risk management, and every outcome is your sole responsibility.
2. Billing, cancelling and refunds
Membership is recurring and continues until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel before your renewal date, otherwise your membership renews automatically at the price shown above.
If you live in the UK or the EU: you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel. Because you ask for your access to start straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we keep the part of your payment that covers the access you have already had, worked out by the day, and refund the rest. After the 14 days, no refunds or partial reimbursements are given for a period already started or for unused time.
If you live anywhere else: no refunds are given once your access has started. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep your access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Cancelling stops future charges. Apart from the 14-day refund above for UK and EU customers, it does not refund charges already taken, including a charge taken on the day you cancel. The only other credit we offer is the first-payment credit in clause 3.
If you have a billing concern, contact us at support@cmptradingroom.com before opening a dispute with your bank. Initiating a chargeback after accessing the service may result in immediate termination and permanent suspension.
3. First-Payment Credit
If you upgrade to CMP Complete Year or CMP Elite within thirty days of your first monthly payment, that first payment ($199 USD) is credited against the upgrade price. Contact support@cmptradingroom.com to arrange this. The credit may be used once.
4. No Advice or Signals (NFA Compliance)
CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal or copy-trading service. Everything we share is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures. Every Member must make their own independent trading decisions. Copying others' trades, waiting for a trade to be taken before acting, and requesting entry or exit signals are all prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.
5. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. By joining, you acknowledge that losses can exceed your initial investment, that leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and that past performance is never a guarantee of future results.
6. Changes to the Service
CMP is operated by a single individual, and the service depends on third party platforms outside our control including LaunchPass, Stripe, Whop, YouTube, Discord, and any payment processor. We may change the format, schedule, frequency, or content of the service, change or remove features, tools, indicators, or community areas, or move the service to a different platform. Nothing in this Agreement obliges CMP to provide live streams, daily sessions, or any minimum level of content. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, bereavement, platform outages, account restrictions imposed by third parties, regulatory action, or loss of internet or power. If the service is discontinued permanently, your membership billing will stop and no refund of past payments is due.
7. Conduct, Intellectual Property and Liability
Members may not share access, redistribute or resell content, or record private sessions. All CMP content remains the property of CMP. Violations may result in termination without a refund. CMP accepts no liability for trading losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities. All trading decisions, and their consequences, rest entirely with the Member. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this Agreement or the service is limited to the total amount you have paid to CMP in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy and Governing Law
We use your data only for account management, billing, and communication, and never sell it unless required by law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Hypothetical Results Disclaimer (CFTC Rule 4.41)
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
10. Acknowledgement
By joining CMP, you confirm that you understand this is an educational service, that your membership renews automatically until you cancel, that you expressly request immediate access, that refunds are only given where this agreement says so (clause 2), that you understand the risks of trading, and that you take full responsibility for all of your trading decisions.
11. How you accept these terms
You accept this agreement by ticking the box at checkout. The time you ticked it, the wording you agreed to and the version of this agreement are stored with your payment. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete the purchase.

Version: 1.2, dated 12 October 2026
Please read carefully. This is a legally binding agreement. By purchasing or accessing CMP Quarterly Access, including all content, commentary and community access, you agree to all of the terms below. Nothing in this agreement removes rights you have by law as a consumer.
1. What you are buying
Quarterly membership of the CMP Live Room: participation in the CMP live trading sessions (currently weekdays from 9:30 AM Eastern Time), the members' Discord channels and session replays, for successive periods of three months.
2. Educational Purpose Only
CMP Trading Room Ltd provides an educational service and nothing more. We make no guarantee of profits or results. Your success depends on your own skill, discipline and risk management, and every outcome is your sole responsibility. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. Billing and renewals
Quarterly Membership is a payment of $497 USD granting access for three months from the date of purchase. It renews automatically at the end of each three month term at the price shown above and continues until you cancel. To avoid the next charge you must cancel before your renewal date through the customer portal linked from your receipt. Access remains active for the full term regardless of how much you use it. Prices exclude any card, currency-conversion or bank charges applied by your provider.
Cancelling stops future charges. Apart from the 14-day refund in clause 5 for UK and EU customers, it does not refund charges already taken, including one taken on the day you cancel. If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@cmptradingroom.com before opening a dispute with your bank, as most issues are quicker to fix directly.
4. First-payment credit
If you upgrade to CMP Complete Year or CMP Elite within thirty days of your first quarterly payment, that first payment ($497 USD) is credited against the upgrade price. Contact support@cmptradingroom.com to arrange this. The credit may be used once.
5. Your right to cancel, and refunds
If you live in the UK or the EU: as a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase and receive a refund. By ticking the box at checkout you expressly ask for your access to start straight away. If you cancel within the 14 days, we keep the part of your payment that covers the access you have already had, worked out by the day, and refund the rest. After the 14 days, we do not offer refunds or partial reimbursements for any period already started or for unused time.
If you live anywhere else: no refunds are given once your access has started. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep your access until the end of the three month period you have paid for.
This does not affect your legal rights if the service is not as described or not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
6. No advice or signals
CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal or copy-trading service. Everything we share is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell futures. Every member must make their own independent trading decisions. Copying trades, waiting for a trade to be taken before acting, and requesting entry or exit signals are all prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.
Trades shown during sessions may be taken across multiple accounts, including funded evaluation accounts and simulated accounts. Figures shown should not be treated as a verified or complete performance record.
7. Futures trading risk disclosure
Trading futures carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. By joining you acknowledge that losses can exceed your initial investment, that leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and that past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Most retail traders lose money. Only risk capital should be used.
8. Changes to the service
The service is delivered by one person and depends on third party platforms outside our control, including Zoom, Discord and our payment processors. We may change the format, schedule, frequency or content of the service, change or remove features or community areas, or move the service to a different platform, with reasonable notice. Nothing in this agreement obliges us to provide live streams, daily sessions or any minimum level of content. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, injury, bereavement, platform outages, account restrictions imposed by third parties, regulatory action, or loss of internet or power. If the service is discontinued permanently we will stop your billing and, where a material part of a term you have paid for remains unused, we will refund that part on a pro rata basis.
9. Conduct and intellectual property
Members may not record, redistribute or share the live sessions or replays, or share their Discord or Zoom access with anyone. All CMP content, including recordings, remains the property of CMP Trading Room Ltd. Violations end your membership immediately without a refund, and may result in further legal action where appropriate.
10. Our responsibility, and the limits of it
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill, and we do not exclude that.
Subject to that, we accept no liability for trading losses, financial damages or missed opportunities. All trading decisions and their consequences rest with you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to this agreement or the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the current three month period.
11. Your data and governing law
We use your data only for account management, billing and communication, and we never sell it. Full detail is in our privacy policy at cmptradingroom.com/privacy-policy/. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
