Access Agreement, Risk Disclosure & Educational Use Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
By purchasing or accessing CMP Annual Access, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

CMP / Trading Room: The CMP educational trading community, including all content, tools, and communications.
Member: Any user with active annual access to CMP.
Services: Educational materials including live market commentary, chart analysis, indicators, and community access.

2. Educational Purpose Only

CMP is an educational service only.

We do not guarantee profits or results. Trading outcomes depend entirely on the Member’s:

• skill
• discipline
• risk management

All trading decisions and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the Member.

3. Billing & No-Refund Policy (Annual Plan)

Annual Membership: One-time payment of at current listed price

• Grants access for a 12-month period
• Membership does not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout
• Access remains active for the full term regardless of usage

No Refunds

Due to immediate access to digital content, all annual purchases are final.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.

Chargebacks

Members agree to contact CMP before initiating disputes.
Chargebacks after access may result in:

• immediate account termination
• permanent suspension from all CMP services

4. No Investment Advice (NFA Compliance)

CMP is not an investment advisor, broker, or signal service.

All content is:

• for educational and informational purposes only
• not financial advice
• not trade recommendations

Nothing shared constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell futures contracts.

5. No Signals / No Copy Trading

CMP does not provide signals or copy-trading services.

Members are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• attempting to copy trades
• waiting for trades to be taken before acting
• requesting specific entry or exit points

Violation may result in removal without refund.

6. Futures Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.

By joining, you acknowledge:

• losses can exceed your initial investment
• leverage significantly increases risk
• past performance is not indicative of future results

Any examples or discussions of trades are for educational purposes only.

Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading.

7. Member Conduct

Members may not:

• share login access
• redistribute or resell content
• record or reproduce private sessions

Violations may result in termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All CMP content is proprietary and owned by CMP.

Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CMP is not liable for:

• trading losses
• financial damages
• missed opportunities

All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Member.

10. Privacy

Member data is used strictly for:

• account management
• billing
• communication

No personal data is sold or shared unless required by law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Acknowledgement

By purchasing Annual Access, you confirm that you:

• understand CMP is an educational service only
• accept the no-refund policy
• understand the risks of futures trading
• take full responsibility for all trading decisions
